I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the South Loop of Chicago. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were so impressive. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. On the downside, the dining options could use some improvement, and I had a bit of trouble with the parking situation. All in all, it was a good experience with decent value for money.
